Customer returns are accepted with the following conditions:

1. The purchase was made within the last 30 days.

2. Items are in the original packaging.

3.You have receipt or proof of purchase.

The following items cannot be returned:

1. Items that are not suitable for return, deteriorate rapidly, or where the date of expiry is over.

2. Items not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

3. Items that have been inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse refuse the returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

We cannot be help responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of items or proof of received return delivery.
